How does POP NOW Work?

01 Choose Your Series

Start by selecting from the POP NOW series listing. They will have this icon indicating it.

02 Pick Your Box

Choose a box from the set

03 Guess What's Inside

Use the "Shake & Guess' feature to narrow down which character might be inside. It will remove 2. However, if you shake all the boxes you can deduce with greater probability which box has which figurine.

04 Unbox instantly

Add it to your cart, you do get a 15 minute reservation timer and complete your purchase within that to instantly see which character you've got afte!

05 Confirmed

You it in your order confirmed, enjoy!

TIPS

As you know POP NOW gives you a 15 min timer to check out, it is reservation. This tip only works for the website. To extend it, select all the items in your cart and go to the next page of purchase. DO NOT CLICK PROCEED TO PAY! Instead click back. You can do this as many times as you want. This way you can get more items.

Seeing a 'Reserved' status?
Boxes under purchase by another customer are temporarily 'reserved.' They will be marked 'sold out' once bought, or become available again if the reservation times out.

What are the return policies for POP NOW?
Purchasing blind box products involves randomness. After payment, the specific edition will be revealed when the box is opened online. These items are not eligible for returns without cause. If there are quality defects, please contact customer service within 15 days after delivery and ask for exchange according to customer service’s guidance.
